What to bring:
* Wear comfortable yoga/ workout clothing
(Natural fibers are preferred as they help the hoop cling to the body)
* Clean indoor runners or dance shows, or you can hoop in bare feet or socks (no outdoor footwear please)
* Water bottle! It's important to stay hydrated before, during and after class.
* Yoga mat or towel for cool down stretch on floor
* We recommend a notebook/hoop journal to record what you're working on and what you've learned so you can track your progress
* Try to eat 1-2 hours before class
Hoops will be provided for class use and will be available for purchase if you want your own!
