Infinity Hoopdance Policies:
***Please note that these policies only apply to classes run by Infinity Hoopdance on Mondays and Thursdays. Desert Rose Dance Studios and the University of Alberta have different policies.
WAIVER: All participants are required to fill out and sign a liability waiver. Anyone under the age of 18 requires the signature of a parent or guardian on the waiver.
PAYMENT: Payment is due at the time of registration through PayPal or by sending an electronic money transfer to nina@infinityhoopdance.com
REFUND POLICY:
8 or more days before the first class: Full refund minus a $20 administration fee
Within 7 days before the first class in a session: 50% refund
After a session has begun: Class fees are non-refundable
In the event that a medical condition or injury prevents you from completing the series, we can offer a Gift Certificate for the remaining classes based on a doctor's note outlining why the injury/condition affects your participation.
MISSED CLASSES: If you miss a class, contact us within the 8/10 week period of your class series to arrange to make it up. This will only be offered for 2 classes per 8/10 week series. No refunds for missed classes will be issued.
